Geir Helgesen is a geophysicist and general manager with 30+ years of oil and gas experience from service companies Schlumberger, EMGS and Abbon. Consultancy clients include Abbon, Wirescan, Talisman, Centrica, Searcher Seismic, GDF SUEZ LOTOS Norge. Specialties include procurement, contract and tendering, survey design and modelling, account management, marketing & sales, business development, production optimization/monitoring, site surveys, 2D/3D/4D/4C/EM acquisition and processing. Geir has a master degree in physics from the University of Tromsø and an engineering degree from the university college of Narvik. Geir has experience from the Middle East, North Africa and Europe.
Kjell Øygard is an exploration geochemistry expert with 25+ years of oil and gas experience from companies like Statoil, Amoco/BP, ENI, Talisman, Aker Exploration, Det norske oljeselskap and SINTEF. Specialities include basin modelling, geochemistry databases, pressure evaluation, organic geochemistry integrated with seismic anomalies, rock properties, structural geology into basin modelling. Kjell has a master degree in organic geochemistry from the University of Bergen.
Johan Mohr is a geophysicist with 20+ years of oil and gas experience from operating companies including Aker Exploration, Eni, Dong, Schlumberger and BP. Consultancy clients include Edison, Lotos, NPD, Centrica and Core. Specialities include site surveys, 2D/3D seismic data acquisition and processing, CSEM data interpretation, project management, seismic interpretation, license work and concession rounds. Johan has a master degree in geophysics from the University of Bergen and has experience from offshore Norway, Trinidad & Tobago, East and West Africa.
Wim Lekens is an exploration geologist and project manager with 10+ years oil and gas exploration experience from operating companies Shell and GDF SUEZ. Consultancy clients include Suncor and ENGIE. Wim has a PhD in geology from the University of Bergen, MSc in Marine Geotechnics and MSc in Geology. Additionally he has a project management degree from the Business Institute BI Stavanger. Specialities include site surveys, seismic interpretation, well data management, play and petroleum system analysis, prospect generation and volumetrics, dataroom and portfolio evaluation, well planning and operations geology. Advanced user in GIS, Geoterric, Geox and Petrel. Wim has experience from North Africa, UK, Faroe Islands and offshore Norway.
Andrija Minovic is Chemical Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Chemical Engineering and 6+ years of experience on the Oil Rigs on advanced Gas Chromatography System, GC Tracer. He is experienced in drilling operations and in Mudloging in general. Settings, maintenance and work on Gas Chromatographs, hydrocarbon evaluation and interpretation. Uses Strater, Well Wizard, Petrolog. Andrija has a M.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Belgrade.
Trym Rognmo is a petroleum geologist with 3+ years of experience with Schlumberger and Geoprovider working primarily on the norwegian continental shelf, specialising in Exploration geology & seismic interpretation, gas evaluation, migration & seal studies, and well data management. Experience using Petrel, GIS, Strater, Landmark suite and RMS. Trym has a masters degree in Petroleum Geoscience Engineering from the University of Stavanger.
Rune Olsen is a petroleum systems analyst and a geologist with 25+ years of oil experience from companies like BP, Explora Petroleum and Geochem & Basin Modelling Consulting AS. Rune is an expert in basin modelling tools such as Trinity (3D), Genesis (1D) and KinEx for the evaluation and interpretation of PVT data, oil & gas properties, saturation & phase. Rune delivers integration of geochemical studies and basin modelling to G&G projects, both regionally and at prospect level for regional studies, license work and application rounds. Rune has a Cand. Scient. degree in organic geochemistry from the University of Bergen.
Edith M G Fugelli has >25 years of experience in the petroleum industry with a broad skill base having covered most aspects of geology and some in geophysics. She is a specialist in deep marine settings with focus on analogue field work, sequence and seismic stratigraphy. Project lead experience includes integration of geosciences disciplines, regional mapping and play fairway analysis. She has published several papers covering multiple aspects with recent focus on defining and risking stratigraphic and combination HC traps in an exploration phase.
Edith carries global experience from working in NPD, Statoil and BP covering offshore Norway, Greenland, Norwegian and Russian Arctic, Arctic Canada & Alaska, West of Shetland, Brazil, Australia and offshore / onshore East, West and North Africa, North and South America and Asia. Her last role was as a Global Advisor in BP´s Basin Analysis Team in London.
Edith has a cand.scient degree in sedimentology from the University in Oslo and a Dr.Philos degree in petroleum geology from the same university.
”Angeliki Kreona is a petroleum geoscientist with over 3 years of experience with Baker Hughes Norge AS, following up drilling operations and spesializing on formation evaluation, interpretation and QC of MWD and SLS logs. Experience with Petrel, Advantage System TM, PATS, Landmark, Vista 10, Senergy Interactive Petrophysics, ROXAR and SAP. She has a MSc in Petroleum Geosciences Engineering from University of Stavanger and a MSc in Mineral Resources Engineering from Technical University of Crete.”
Geir Terje Eigestad has 18 years of experience from the oil and gas industry. He has a strong technical background, with a PhD in applied mathematics, conducted for Norsk Hydro (now Statoil) within reservoir simulation development.
He held an associate professorship at Centre for Intergrated Petroleum Research before taking on industry positions and consultancy in 2007. He has had senior consultancy roles at Statoil and Centrica, and positions at Reslab Integration and Perecon.
Geir Terje´s main competencies are in reservoir simulation and modeling, reservoir management, fast screening, portfolio optimization, asset management, reserves and resource estimation, uncertainty analysis.
Ekaterina Gulyaeva is a petroleum geoscientist with 4+ years academic experience from the University of Stavanger in Norway and the Trofimuk Institute of Petroleum Geology and Geophysics of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences (IPGG SB RAS). Additionally, she has 1 year working experience from Statoil, Norske Shell, and GeoProvider. Ekaterina has completed an MSc in Petroleum Geosciences Engineering at the University of Stavanger, with additional courses at the University Centre in Svalbard, and a BSc in Geology at the Novosibirsk State University. Her specialties lie in the fields of; structural and regional geology, tectonics, geodynamics, salt tectonics, seismic interpretation, gas evaluation, petroleum system analysis, play based assessment, and prospect generation. She is experienced in Petrel, RMS, Vista, and Genesis. Ekaterina has gained an understanding of petroleum exploration in areas such as the Norwegian continental shelf, New Zealand, and Russia.
